I’ve noticed here at Phoebe we get quite a few withdrawals from authors who’ve had their stories and poems accepted elsewhere. This probably isn’t rare; I expect it happens at other journals as well, but I thought it would be interesting to try to give those authors a public congratulations for their continuing success...
